South Hams Charity Blue Point Swiss Teams - Sunday 7 October
Published October 2018It was a beautiful day in Thurlestone for the South Hams Charity Blue Point Swiss Teams. There was a full house with 20 tables and the raffle raised £400 for Kingsbridge and Saltstone Caring.
The scores were very close but in the end returning champions, Viv Mabley, Joe Fawcett, Graham Hoare and Richard Lingham held on to the Kingsbridge Cup.
Jayne Kent-Webster, Lucinda Fletcher-Neal, Pam Rice and Heather Binding were top in the non-expert field. And the Radley trophy for the top Kingsbridge team went to Sue Warren, Peter Lucas, Jan Lucas and Jill Down. Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who took part. Special thanks to Don Pearson for flawlessly managing, directing and scoring.
